| User Based Permissions | USER BASED PERMISSIONS: User Permissions grant access to the same features and options of the INQUIRY application as Group Based Permissions. However they pertain to one specific user as opposed to a collection of users. User Permissions override Group Permissions such that a user who is a member of a group denied a feature could be granted access individually.
