This article explains what "Update Header" signifies within the activity log of a transcription.

Update Header means the transcription was on an InScribe workstation and was 'Repooled".  When a job is repooled, it is sent back up to our servers and re-processed so if the doctor, document type or location changed, it will re-pool (or update header) the job.
