This article will discuss the meaning of the following error message that might come up when you plug in or select to upload dictations from a Phillips Digital Voice Recorder.



This error states it is a HRCHECK error and includes code and a location on your computer. Pressing any of the buttons, "Yes", "No" or "Cancel" react the same way and closes this window.

This error message pops up when a memory card is not inserted into your voice recorder.

To resolve this error, please insert a Secure Digital (SD) memory card into your voice recorder and proceed as normal.
