With InScribe version 4.93.342 or previous, there is a known issue with the Time Stamp feature such that when the option "Don't Auto-Fill on New Field" option is selected, the Media player will not jump to that location in the dictation file. The work around is to select one of the other two options. The error may appear like this:
If the dictation file was not playing, the media player will not automatically begin playing, nor will it jump to the location specified in the Time Stamp. If the dictation file was already playing, it will continue to play at the current time location.
To select a different Auto-Fill option click on the Template drop down menu and select a different option:
