Line Count Returns - No Records Found Message In Windows XP

This Article will outline a possible solution if you receive the "No Records Found" message while trying to bring up the Line Counts in InScribe.


1) This message will appear when clicking on File>Transcription Log in InScribe and then doing a search.



2) Click on Start>Settings>Control Panel. Select "Regional and Language Options"



3) Click on the "Customize" button:



4) Click on the Date tab:



5) Select the Short Date and then the Date Separator arrows and set them as shown below.
