Zero Line Count For All Delivered Documents

This article explains why a client could continually get a zero line count on any job typed, regardless of status, after being delivered.

A reason may be that a document price has been entered for the document types. Please go through the document types and check. To view or change this option go to Client Maintenance>Client>Document types>Edit Document Price (Figure 1).  If you want to charge a set price per document type, add a monetary value. (Figure 2)  If you are charging by the line, make sure the value is "zero". (See warning in Figure 2)
