If InCommand or InQuiry close or crash unexpectedly, it may be due to a problem that has been found with the MSN Toolbar that is available through Microsoft. This issue has been found primarily with Internet Explorer 8, but may affect other browser versions as well.

It has been found that just disabling this toolbar is not adequate to prevent the program from crashing. The toolbar must be removed from the computer using the Programs or Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel of Windows.

After removing the toolbar, InQuiry or InCommand will function as normal again.
