When editing a transcription done by the ShadowScribe system you should be able to adjust the zoom from the ShadowScribe menu on InScribe. If you are unable to change the zoom level from the ShadowScribe menu. There is a setting in Internet Explorer that might be the cause of this problem. To fix this follow the steps below.

1. Under "ShadowScribe" select "Increase Zoom".




2. Under the tools menu in Internet Explorer, select "Internet Options".





3. From the general tab select "Accessibility".




4. In the accessibility dialog box make sure the option "Ignore font sizes specified on webpages" is not checked.



5. Keep or complete the work you are on, and restart Internet Explorer and InScribe when convenient to verify it is working.
