Verify Login info to be correct.

You need to download the InSync program to the desktop, the link is below.

https://www.emdat.com/software/insync.asp

Then once it downloads to your desktop, right click on the file and select run as administrator.
 
After it installs, you may also need to run the upload.exe as admin as well. It is located in C:\Program Files\Emdat\Upload directory. 
To do this right click on the upload.exe file highlighted below and select properties. Then select the compatibility tab, and place a check in the box for "Run this program as an administrator" and apply.



If that doesn't work try setting full control permissions on the USERS group for the Emdat folder.
