This article explains why in some cases you cannot highlight transcription text in InScribe. This is a known InScribe issue.

This problem occurs when a typist is increases the zoom past 150%. When this happens highlighting will not work properly.



This problem is caused by a bug within the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser functions. These functions are used by the InScribe editor to increase or decrease the zoom. When the zoom has increased past 150% the highlight reference point gets lost and prevents the typist from selecting the text.

At this time there is no fix that can be applied to reslove this issue.

WORKAROUND: Keep your zoom below 150%.
